Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Desirée Rincón — Founder and CEO of Digital Dame Studio.
I built Digital Dame Studio to bring bold stories, diverse voices, and unforgettable experiences to life through games and creative media. As an Army veteran, a Latina, and a lifelong creator, I know the power of resilience, innovation, and storytelling — and I’m passionate about crafting worlds where every player can find a piece of themselves.
Before founding the studio, I spent over 20 years leading operations, managing programs, and working behind the scenes in the gaming and tech industries. I combined my love for logistics and my drive for creativity to create a studio where big ideas aren’t just welcomed — they’re built.
My vision for Digital Dame Studio is simple: to create games and media that reflect the richness of diverse experiences — and to build a company where creativity thrives without limits. At Digital Dame, we believe that who creates games matters just as much as what we create. That’s why diversity, imagination, and fearless ambition are at the heart of everything we do.
When I'm not working on our next big project, you’ll usually find me running, making art, playing games, or chasing adventures with my trusty service dog (and studio mascot), Sydney.
